The following terms and conditions rule all use of the pencilwp.com web site and all content, services and products available at or through the web site.
1. General Terms
Our products are developed with the intention of providing a foundation for or assist in the development of your project or client work. It’s expected that you already have sufficient expertise to use the item you’ve purchased or downloaded.
For example, if you’ve purchased or downloaded a WordPress theme, you should already be familiar with the basic functionality of WordPress.With this in mind, your use of any information, material, or items purchased that are developed by pencilwp is entirely at your own risk for which pencilwp won’t be liable. You’ll be responsible to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
2.Theme Compatibility
All of our WordPress themes are designed to function properly with WordPress latest stable version. It is our duty to always keep the themes up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. We cannot guarantee they will work properly on older installations of WordPress. We cannot guarantee the compatibility of our themes with all third party software and plugins. We also cannot guarantee the themes will function correctly after modification to the code.
3.Refunds
You can receive a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase if the product does not match our feature description. We only accept refund request when you prove that our product or services do not match with our feature description. Please contact us using our contact form.
4.Price Changes
pencilwp reserves the right to change the price at any time without any prior notice. The price of a theme is one time only because we don’t offer any subscription-based pricing.
5. License
All digital goods by pencilwp are released 100% GPL under the GNU Public License version 3.0.
Our license is in full compliance with WordPress but our products are not compatible with the WordPress.com blogging community unless otherwise noted. They are developed for individual installations of the WordPress.org platform.
All plugins, themes, and apps are licensed for the lifetime.
Our themes and plugin not for any porn site. If you use our theme or plugin any porn site then we will deactivate your license without any notice.
6. Guarantee
All downloadable content and services provided are “AS IS” without any warranties of any kind (express or implied). We do not guarantee that our digital products will work in all browsers or hosting environments, nor do we guarantee that our products will be functional with all versions of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications that have not been specifically listed as being compatible with the product.
7. Membership
As a member of this website, you will receive access to download the WordPress related products by pencilwp that have been purchased. You are responsible for your account username and password and you should make a reasonable effort to keep your information confidential.
If you have purchased a premium theme by pencilwp, you will receive access to basic theme support through our contact form as long as you have an active license.
With the purchase of Priority Support, you will have access to the expanded support services included with that package.
8. Support
Basic support is included with each premium theme purchase. Basic support is defined as responding to general premium theme setup questions. It does not include any customization.
We help to install the theme for those users who don’t know how to install the WordPress theme. However for this, we need access to details of your website. We never save your website access details nor are spammers or hackers to cause a problem on your website. You can also change your passwords shortly once we tend to assist you. If you receive any error during theme installation, you can send us access details and we will install the theme on your server.
A purchase of a Priority Support Package is required in order to gain access to expanded support services.
Theme and plugin license support only available for 6 months.
Priority Support is defined as receiving advanced technical support, theme installation, faster support responses, and hands-on support through site logins if necessary. Priority Support does not include major customization.
Free support is not available for our free products. To receive support for one of our free products, a Priority Support upgrade is required.
We will not provide the support that requires us to view websites with questionable content including but is not limited to, pornography, prostitution, racist content, possible scams, etc. We reserve the right to refuse support if the member is abusive or in violation of our terms.
Support is offered 24/7.
9. Disclaimer
pencilwp retains the right to change the terms and conditions and licensing of this site and our products at any time.
